Parent Volunteer Opportunities

Landing Trail School Council and Parent Invovlement Association are currently looking for parents with students in our school to sit on these committees.
The School Council is made up of volunteers who meet once a month to provide feedback and input into the planning and operation of school programs. Our School Council members promote staff/ parent communication to ensure that community needs are also being considered by staff.
The School Council currently has numerous positions available including:

• Chair Person
• Vice Chair
• Grade Reps.
• Community Members

The Parent Involvement Association (PIA) is a registered society and is a sub committee of the School Council. The PIA is responsible for major fundraising for the school.
Th PIA is currently seeking volunteers for the following positions:

• President
• Vice President
• Hot Lunch Purchaser
• Auditors (2 positions)
